I had an issue after having a "always on" rear view camera fitted to my 4wd, there was a significant halo effect at night, to the point that without adjusting brightness down I really couldn't see anything and the daytime colours were horribly washed out.
The guys changed out that camera for another model in the same brand and what a difference it makes. I now have vivid daytime colours and night time is far better and no halo. I can actually see further in the dark. No one likes to have problems, but it's the actions that are taken to fix a problem that counts and I am very happy with their efforts.
I would have probably steered away from getting the same brand camera again except I was told it was the best choice for the constant duty camera that I needed. Very happy with the end result and with the help of the guys at Northfield.
